High Lonesome Strings 12th Annual Pickin' in the Park Festival

The High Lonesome Strings 12th Annual Pickin' in the Park is scheduled for Saturday, May 16th at Hagen-Stone Park in Pleasant Garden, NC (near Greensboro). The times are set from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.

As may of you know, the High Lonesome Strings is a great bluegrass association based in Greensboro, NC.  They have a 1 day festival each May in lovely Hagen-Stone Park, in Pleasant Garden featuring local bluegrass bands, food, free instrument workshops and lots of picking.

The day starts at 9:30 am with a dobro/song writing workshop, followed by a banjo/fiddle workshop at 10:00 and a guitar/mandolin workshop at 10:30.  The bands start at 11:00 on the main stage and are as follows:
